Payment

If you would like to pay now to secure your appointment, please follow the steps below:

Select your treatment & preferred date/time.
Contact us at miansfacialsbodyscrubs@gmail.com or on IG or FB on @miansfacialsbodyscrubs for bank transfer details, once full payment has been made, you will then receive the confirmation email from us.

Appointments

Appointments can only be rescheduled once & this must be done 48hrs prior to your appointment. Rescheduling after this time will result in your appointment being cancelled & 50% of your appointment cost will be lost, no matter the circumstance.
Complete no shows will result in your appointment being cancelled, all monies paid will be non-refundable, however we might consider you being able to book any future appointments.
Unfortunately we do not have space for plus ones.

Lateness

Please arrive on time as our bookings are scheduled.
If you are running late please try your best to inform us.
We give all clients a 10 minutes grace period. If you are over 10 minutes late, an additional fee of £5 will be incurred. If you are over 15 minutes late, an additional fee of £10 will be incurred.
Any lateness over 20 minutes will result in your appointment being cancelled & 50% of your appointment cost will be lost, no matter the circumstance.
Complete no shows will result in all monies paid lost and you will no longer be able to book any future appointments, no matter the circumstance.
Complete no shows without making payment due to account issues still need to pay all monies in full and you will no longer be able to book any future appointments, no matter the circumstance.
